Kiddotshirt has an easy exchange and return policy. You can return the purchase you made within seven days from the date the order was delivered. In addition, it will take 5-7 working days for the item to reach the warehouse for the refund to be initiated. An additional Rs 100 will be charged for the reverse pick-up service you opt for.
A total of 2 attempts will be made to pick up the item to be returned. No re-attempts will be made after this; you must ship the item to the warehouse. The reverse pick-up service is only provided according to your area's PIN code.
For all Cash-on-delivery orders, you can only avail yourself of store credits, which are credited to you within 1 to 2 working days.
The products shipped to us as part of the return policy must be in proper condition. Any additional damage to the products will prevent you from receiving a refund from us.
All the refunds and the credits for the returned items would be done within seven days of the mode of payment made. The prepaid orders are only eligible for refunds or bank transfers. A maximum of 30 days is taken for the same.
The shipping charges are not refundable. Additionally, certain products, such as accessories, masks, trunks, perfumes, briefs, and boxers, are not permitted to be returned in lieu of the hygiene conditions being set. Also, the products purchased under the BOGO sales or other promotional offers do not qualify for returns.
If all the items are sent via self-returns, you can choose speed post, which assures timely and accurate delivery. Products not eligible for reverse pick-up can be sent directly to us. The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. Ensure all the details in the package are accurate.
